May has been a busy month for design projects across branding, packaging, web design and more. We end May, looking forward to some potential new projects that have joined our opportunities this month. For now though let’s take a look at what we’ve been up to…
A new look for In Studio
We thought it was about time we added a bit more of ‘us’ to our office and if you follow us on social media you’ll have seen some sneak previews. We designed some stickers for our windows to showcase our branding and enlisted the help of Tom at Garage 29 to print them. After a little bit of patience applying them, we are over the moon with the results.
We’ve also been adding more personality to the walls, sharing our history and common interests. The movie bucket list has proven popular with customers but not quite as popular as the biscuit bowl! There are quotes, pictures and some decorations just for fun. We wanted to tell our story through our office and for it to be an extension of who we are as a team.
Great packaging across the finish line
We’ve been working with our neighbour at The Bis in Hartlepool, Garage 29 on a variety of projects. We have already created some social media templates and this month we have designed new packaging. We went for a sleek, professional look and feel with a clear brand identity.
Something a little bit different
It is always nice when a customer comes to you with a brief that is a little bit different. This small bifold leaflet presented a variety of challenges and opportunities, making it a great project to work on.
The leaflet included a range of content types, such as a map, multiple QR codes, and icons. We had just 120mm square per page to work with but we love a challenge! The end result is a bright and varied design, combined with fantastic imagery and unique content. All together it made for an engaging and interesting leaflet design. We’ll be the first to admit, we were excited when the client delivered a copy of this one!
Part of what we love about what we do is that we are lucky to have many loyal customers. It gives us the opportunity to grow their brand identity and work with great people time and time again.
We’ve worked with Hartlepool Carers on a variety of web and print projects. They came to us for a variation on a banner and leaflet we had previously designed for them. They wanted to keep the same look and feel but update the content and tweak the layout to suit their new Care Home Navigator Scheme.
New business on the block
We worked with an existing client on their new venture, Walks 4 Dogs. Walks 4 Dogs are a husband and wife team, offering a variety of dog walking services in the Stokesley area in the North East.
They came to us looking for a one-page website that showcases their services and allows them to take enquiries. The website design is clean with pops of colour and fun icons to create a friendly, approachable feel. We created a comprehensive contact form for them to obtain all the essential details for each enquiry.
Their website is an excellent example of how a one-page website can be the perfect solution to showcase a business.
We opened our doors for our second Open Day
After our successful first open day in February, we thought it was time to open our doors once again. We hosted two drop-in sessions, offering advice related to website design or drone photography and video. This time, we had multiple existing customers visit us, seeking guidance on how to improve their websites or expand into the online space with their very first website.
We are always happy to chat with existing or potential customers about how we can work together. There are no obligations, just call or email us to arrange a friendly chat about what you are looking for.
New projects to look forward to
We are looking forward to revealing a few exciting projects as they come to a close in June. There are also some exciting projects in the pipeline for June but we can’t say too much about them just yet!
We’ll finally be able to reveal a brand we’ve been working on for an organisation very close to home. We are also looking forward to finalising a variety of website builds. We’ve been working on websites of all sizes across multiple sectors in the last couple of months and we can’t wait to share them with you.
